Even if your options are not proper and if your rank is as per the requirements of admission, you will get the seat. If someone lower than your marks gets the admission you can put the written request.

I was admitted to MBBS course at savangi medical college near in 1995 but couldn't complete it due to family problems .can I now complete?

Yes, you can but now you have to appear for an entrance test called NEET. It is applicable for colleges all over India.

You should take admission in a medical college abroad to pursue MBBS. It is not possible in India.

MBBS abroad requires 8 to 9 years to be job ready and though universities abroad do not have age bar on education, it would not be easy for you to get admission.
