After MBBS, if you pursue PG from countries like USA, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand only then will you be able to register your PG qualification with MCI.
To pursue the same, you can appear for USMLE exam for USA and PLAB for UK. On successfully clearing the exam you may get an opportunity to work as a resident doctor at any hospital in respective country and then apply for PG gradually.

I would like to know what is your current qualification?
If you want to pursue MBBS in UK after 12th, you will first have to enrol for a Bachelors program in Health Sciences which is usually for 3 years after which you will be eligible to apply for medical program.
Overall it becomes time consuming and expensive.
There are many other countries which are better to pursue MBBS after 12th.
Let me know your further queries. You can also contact to discuss elaborately.
