Am very sorry, but there is no specialisation in MBBS. MBBS is a graduate course. After MBBS there will be specialisation.

not possible but you can study Neuro deeply in MPT (MASTER OF PHYSIOTHERAPY )

With 415 in OBC category you may not get MBBS seat. So you have to appear in NEET 2 and secure a very good score to get into MBBS.
