There are many courses at Diploma or PG Diploma level can be done after MBBS. But it has to done after completing MBBS degree only. As you have mentioned you want to do during internship period so the courses you will get admission are based on XII examination & as such they are not suits or match with your MBBS qualification.

All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Test (AIPMT) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the AIIMS MBBS entrance exam conducted by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi are the two most important national-level medical entrance exams in India.
AIIMS examination level is undoubtedly tougher than the AIPMT exam. It is highly competitive because of limited number of seats and the difficulty level of questions asked in the exam.
However in regards to St. John's MBBS entrance, I would request you to attempt thye paper to the best of your capabilities. The mantra to success is

Medical studies in Ukraine is cost effective and very popular among Indian students. You can also be eligible to take the MCI test to practice in India , still I will suggest you check MCI approved Ukraine medical schools before you apply. Donetsk National Medical University , Ukranian Medical and Dental Academy and Donetsk National Medical University are few of the popular medical schools. Hope I answered your query Dinesh.
