Lateral entry is allowed to only diploma and B.Sc candidates.
Other candidates can also get entry but by direct admission only for which you have to apply for direct admission which is in the month of august only in the prescribed date after that you won't be able to get entry.

I think that SKIT is the best option for CSE in this merit criteria.

Can I get admission in MBM,Jodhpur? I got 90 in JEE Mains 2017. I belong to OBC NCL and got 82% in 12th.

Unfortunately, you'll not get MBM-Jodhpur.
It is the topmost college and requires decent rankers. For that, your JEE Mains marks should be somewhere between 140-160.
You have chances of getting other RTU affiliated colleges, likes SKIT, JECRC, Arya, RTU, Kota etc.
Don't miss the counseling process.

The admission process for admission in MBM Jodhpur is on the basis of JEE Mains ranks. For that after the JEE Mains result, register yourself for REAP and sit in the RTU counselling.
