The eligibility criteria for admission for the MCA course at Amrita Ahead Online is that the candidate should have passed graduation with a minimum of 50% aggregate. Moreover, students with work experience will have an added advantage.

Below is the detailed eligibility criteria for MCA at Directorate of Online Education, SRMIST -

MCA

  • For Students with Indian Education Students with any Bachelor’s degree from UGC recognised institutions with 10+2+3 (or) 10+2+4 pattern with mathematics as one of the subjects either in 10+2 level or 10+2+3 (or) 10+2+4 are eligible to apply. 

  • The minimum percentage of marks / Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) required to be eligible for admission will be prescribed by the Admission committee of DOE. (minimum aggregate of 50%) 

  • Applicant must possess enough knowledge and understanding of English. 

  • Students with Foreign Education Bachelor’s Degree - any of the degrees mentioned for the Indian students with 10+2+3 (or) 10+2+4 pattern with mathematics as one ofthe subjects either in 10+2 level or 10+2+3 (or) 10+2+4 are eligible toapply. (BCA is preferable) 

  • Well versed in spoken as well as written English Certificate of Equivalence from Association of Indian Universities (required by anystudent with foreign education to apply in any University in India).

  • A graduate from any discipline with min 50%. Final year students awaiting results may also apply .
  • A minimum score of 500 in MAT or equivalent score in any other Entrance Exam, e.g. JCCAT/XAT/RMAT/CAT, etc.

  • Student must have completed his graduation in 3 or a 4 year course with a minimum of 50 percentage in aggregate

Lloyd Institute of Engineering and Technology provides admission to MCA course based on CUET UG score. 85% seats of total approved intake will be filled through UPCET Counselling and remaining 15% seats of approved intake will be filled under Management Quota. For direct admission, candidates must have passed a bachelor's degree of a minimum of three years or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST). Aspirants must also pass Mathematics at Class 12 or graduation level for MCA admission.

Before applying for an MCA course at Dr Subhash University, students should review the eligibility criteria and ensure they meet all criteria. MCA eligibility criteria include required subjects, education, age limit, etc.
