MCA Eligibility

The aspirants with a BCA/BSc Hons/BSc with Mathematics and Statistics subjects with 60% aggregate (55% aggregate for reserved category) can take admission to the MCA course in NITK. Moreover, the candidates must also hold the relevant documents at the time of form filling and admission as proof of eligibility.

MCA is a two-year course divided into four semesters. PSNA College of Engineering and Technology offers MCA at the PG level in affiliation with Anna University. Candidates must pass bachelor's degree (BCA/ BSc -CS/ IT) with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for reserved category) to apply for the MCA course.

Candidates must qualify PAU-MET and have an undergraduate degree from a recognised institute/university with minimum 60% aggregate in graduation in any discipline.

The eligibility criteria for the MCA course at Kristu Jayanti College is that the candidate should have passed graduation with a minimum of 50% aggregate.

The entrance exam accepted for Kristu Jayanti College MCA course admissions: KMAT, and KarnatakaPGCET.

Candidates must have passed a minimum of three-years bachelor's degree from a  University recognised by University Grants Commission or the Association of Indian Universities in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate to apply for KJ Somaiya Institute of Management MCA programme. Candidates must also have Mathematics as one of the subjects at Class 12 or graduation level to apply. Candidates appearing for final-year examination can also apply.

BCA or equivalent qualification in Computer Science Engineering with at least 50% aggregate is the basic eligibility for the MCA programme at Rajagiri College of Social Sciences. 

The MCA course offered at AKTU is two years long. Aspirants must check out the course-specific eligibility criteria before applying for admission to this college for MCA. Candidates should pass graduation with a 50% aggregate. 

 Students applying for the National Institute of Technology Raipur MCA course must have passed a three-year degree or equivalent degree from a recognised University/Institute with a minimum aggregate of 60% (of all the years) or an equivalent CGPA of 6.5/10. In the case of SC/ST candidates, 55% aggregate marks (of all the years) or an equivalent CGPA of 6.0/10 is the eligibility requirement.
