MCA graduates are treated on par with B.Tech CS and B.Sc IT grads for Application development and Maintenance jobs. MCA from good college can help you to build a good Software Engineering career. Currently, both MCA and MBA have good scope and opportunities. If you are technically oriented and good at programming, then you may opt for MCA else MBA. Whether you do MCA or MBA choice of university will major criterion for your career growth. You are advised to do PG from top university only where there is not only good academic environment but also an excellent placement records.

Big MNCs like Google and Microsoft have hired MCA graduates from Delhi University and JNU in past. You may read placement reports of these universities available on internet to confirm the information.

Both are equally good. The MBA people are more known for their business tactics and they help in uplifting the business organization of the company. MCA people grab the technology part to cope up with the company's business needs. They both accentuate a company's profits.
Regarding salary, MBA people get more than MCA since they help in reviving the business policies of the company which straightaway leads in to profit(If modeled correctly). You didn't mention your graduation stream so it is difficult to know your inclination.

As we are dealing with today's situation, there is recession in IT field and growth is not up to the mark. MBA has broad scope, you can deal with IT job after MBA. So, go for MBA.
