As we are dealing with today's situation, there is recession in IT field and growth is not up to the mark. MBA has broad scope, you can deal with IT job after MBA. So, go for MBA.

MCA is one of the most accepted qualification for joining IT industry as a Developer and Tester after B.Tech CSE or IT. You can go for higher studies and do M.Tech to become a specialist.
