Hello Ankit,
Absolutely fine to go with M.Tech but it all depends upon you that how you want to utilise that degree. M Tech will always make your preference over other competitors but that will all matter if you have gained knowledge like to be in M.Tech else it will just be a piece of paper with some great words.
MCA can also be enough for you if you have great knowledge of things and you have interest in that area.
Good luck.
Thank you.

Hi Chiya,
The scope in applied computing is good and depends from country to country. Without prior experience however probability is less. You should visit immigration websites for various countries and also check the Skilled Occupation List for an idea about the professions in demand.

There are very few universities in India which allow MCA graduates to do Ph.D. Most of the universities allow M.Tech students to register for Ph.D in CS. You may do M.Tech in CS after MCA to do Ph.D from a top Indian university.

You need to complete PG in the area in which you intend to pursue M.Phil.
Since you have done MCA, you can pursue M.Phil in a field related to computer application only.
