There are many colleges which offer BCA course if they have not maths in their 12th. You do BCA from there then I want to let you know For MCA you go for the NIMCET entrance exam. From this Entrance Exam, you will get the top 10 NITs colleges that offer the MCA course. But You have to remember one thing In you UG course or BCA course there should be One paper of maths in any semester/year of UG course then you are eligible for the Entrance.

Yes, You can do M.Tech after MCA. There is a 2-year course in M.Tech. There is no such relaxation in the year for MCA students who want to do M.Tech. If you want to do M.Tech then It's Better to Do from IITs and NITs through GATE Entrance Exam. I am also sending you an authentic link from where you know all information About the M.Tech course. Both the options have their own learning and outcomes. B.Tech in Computer Engineering is focused on intensive programming, developing new technologies and concepts, and mathematical skills.
