You cannot do in most of the institutes. Few universities like Manipal allows, but only if you have a degree in computer Science or IT. Following is eligibility:
The candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science or Information Technology. They should have secured not less than 50% marks in aggregate.

For pursuing M.Sc CS, one must have a background of Science and maths, while MCA can be carried out with any field. Opportunities in M.Sc. CS are networking, testing, software development etc. It is suitable for those who want to make their career in computer research and computer Science. After MCA, there are career options in software and IT companies and can be joined as a software engineer, programmer, software consultant etc.

These colleges are good. However, if you are looking for MCA then BHU will be a good option for you. It has good placement assistance. You may also consider JNU for the same. For more information regarding the fee structure, you can visit the official website of these colleges.

JAIPUR NATIONAL UNIVERSITY (https://www.jnujaipur.ac.in/) is to prepare graduate students for productive careers in software industry and academia by providing appropriate environment for teaching and research in the core and emerging areas of the discipline. The major thrust is on giving the students sound background in computing, business functioning and mathematics relevant to information technology. The laboratories, besides supplementing the theory course would also expose the students to the use of the latest software tools.
