Amity University-Mumbai conducts MCA exam every year from May to June. Depending on the number of students, as the number is increasing every year, the college might take exams in August too. It is advisable to call the admission office and ask them once before making the decision of coming to Amity for the exam.

Firstly, you could try by applying for jobs since MCA is already a job oriented course. Apply on Naukri, Indeed, glass door websites. In case you do not get good response or if you have a gap period and that poses challenge, there are opportunities just for those who have a career break. If none works say after several months, then you could courses in data and business analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, SAP Modules. These are all job oriented.

MCA after B.Com is a good option, there are a few things that a B.Com student need to fulfil and consider before choosing MCA after B.Com
1) The overall percentage requirement in graduation ranges from 50% to 60%.
2) Some college insist on similar percentage range in their XII (12th / Inter) exams.
3) Colleges also insist that students have Mathematics as a subject either in graduation or have passed XII with Mathematics. NIMCET is a national level Entrance Exam to get admission for MCA course in various NITs. All the best.
