Hi,
Your question is not clear, because every university conducts their own entrance exam for MCA programme. Like IITs conducts AIMCET for their MCA programme, BHU and JNU conducts their own entrance test etc. Hence, your rank belongs to which entrance test and university? Please clarify.

Yes, you can easily pursue MCA without any problem. A candidate must have studied Maths either in +2 or in their under Graduation, as you have already studied Maths in your BCA, then you can easily get admission into MCA, if you fulfill the requirements of eligibility criteria.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area then MCA/ M.Sc ( IT) is better. However, if you want to move into general management the MBA is better.

After the completion of your BCA, you should pursue your master's degree in that course where your interest lies in. If you want to continue in programming and IT sector then go for MCA. In MCA, you'll get much more in-depth knowledge of what you've studied in your BCA. Whereas in MBA, you'll study subjects related to management. So, it's your choice to decide because at last it'll be you who will study that course.
