If you have appeared for JECA, then why do you want to get direct admission? As you will get a better college through counselling. Direct admission is only possible through management quota.
And, Management quota admission and fee cost is not advertised openly by any of the colleges/universities across India as being a paid seat it totally depends on the discretion of the college authorities. Please contact the college authorities for all the details.

You can't get direct admission, because admission is through counselling conducted by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board based on the rank obtained in Joint Entrance Examination for Master of Computer Applications (WBJEE JECA). For minority candidates, admission is through counselling conducted by Association of Minority Professional Academic Institutes (AMPAI) based on the rank obtained in Common Entrance Examination - Association of Minority Professional Academic Institutes. - Masters (CEE AMPAI Masters).

You need above 60% marks. Also, appear for IELTS and GRE. IELTS score of at least 6.5 is a must.

Yes, if you are a working employee, then it is valuable but a regular course is always better than a distance one!
If you are able to do MCA regularly, then you should go for it.
Good luck!
