Yes, why not. You are eligible for MCA. The requirement for doing MCA is you have done BCA before.

A candidate for admission to Master of Computer Application (MCA) degree course needs a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of backward class candidates) in any Bachelor's degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities and having studied mathematics or statistics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or higher level examination. So, you can apply for VJTI also.

You probably can. Most of the times, it is up to colleges which give admission. So if you have a college in mind mention that. Some colleges will give you admission and some have other eligibility criteria like maths in 10+2.

The eligibility for MCA admission is that a candidate must have passed Bachelor's degree with Mathematics as the compulsory subject.
Admission to MCA is done on the basis of NSAT 2018.
