Hello dear,
Both are different courses and having a different scope. Choose the career path of your interest that will help you in the future. If you have interest in computer fields then go for M.A. If you have interest in psychology, then go for M.A.

MCA courses are similarly taught in most universities. Keeping the course content aside, there may be a difference in infrastructure, placements, fee structures etc. So select a college accordingly. If you want a detailed comparison between institutes, please specify the colleges in which you are seeking admission, so that I may be able to populate relevant details. Regards.

If you are finding a good government college, then you have to prepare for the national-level entrance exams. The details of all the exams is given in the Shiksha link below:-

Or you can apply for private colleges and universities like Galgotias, Amity, Thapar, LU, AU, etc. Good luck.

If you have completed your BCA with 60%, you can sit for national level exams like NIMCET, VIT MCA and other entrance exams. Prepare for these exams and if you get a good rank, you will get a good college.
Otherwise, you can apply for private colleges according to your location.
Good luck.
