MCA people grab the technology part to cope up with the company's business needs. They both accentuate a company's profits. Regarding salary, MBA people get more than MCA since they help in reviving the business policies of the company which straightaway leads in to profit (If modeled correctly). You didn't mention your graduation stream so its difficult to know your inclination. But if you are into technology also you may go for MBA in IT/Engineering to fulfill it.
