The eligibility criteria for MD at Maharashtra Institute of Medical Education and Research Talegaon is: the candidate needs to have an MBBS degree or a provisional MBBS pass certificate that satisfies the requirements of the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956, which has been abolished, and the NMC Act of 2019. For admission to MD at JIPMER, candidate should have a valid MBBS degree recognised by the Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India with at least 55% aggregate for General and OBC category candidates and at least 50% aggregate for case SC/ST category candidates.
