The applicant for admission to MDS at Army college of Dental Sciences must have a BDS degree from a central or state recognised university, to be eligible for the same. The candidate must also have permanent registration with any State Dental Council. In addition period of one year experience/internship must have been completed. The internship completion certificate must be submitted at the time of application for admission.

For a student to be selected in Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences, University of Delhi for MD student must have an MBBS degree recognised by the Nation Medical Commison. Student must have completed one year intership by the time of admission.
Student have to give NEET PG exam which is generally conducted in June. After the declaration of result counselling session is conduced by the Medical Counseling Committee. For the general category, the closing rank for MD Psychiatry is somewhere around 4000.

Students interested in admission to TMBU for an MD must have completed a three-year bachelor's or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline at any recognised university. Admissions at TMBU are based on the accepted entrance examination.
