With 420 NEET 2024 points and being in the SC category, you have a good chance of being admitted to a BDS government college under the UP state quota. You may be able to gain admission to a number of government medical colleges with an estimated NEET UG 2024 rank of 15,057 to 19,141, though this will depend on the state and category. Particularly in less desirable branches or lower-class cities, this rank may be acceptable for government medical colleges in states like Madhya Pradesh or Uttar Pradesh. For a more precise evaluation, look into the state-specific cut-off rankings for government colleges.

Obtaining a spot in a semi-government medical institution with a NEET score of 450 can be difficult, but not impossible. Admissions prospects are determined by the cutoff trends, which are determined annually by the exam's difficulty, the volume of applications, and the number of seats available. Colleges with semi-government policies typically have higher cutoffs. Some states have lower cutoffs for their candidates, therefore it's important to look into state quota choices and engage in the counselling process. Additionally, take into account private medical schools, where there may be a little less fierce rivalry.
