Eligible candidates willing to participate in the Rajasthan NEET PG counselling process will have to fill and lock the choice of seats based on the seat matrix. If a candidate fulfills the cutoff or admission criteria of the institute of their choice, they will be allotted the seats. The factors which are considered for the seat allotment are cutoff and availability of seats. In case a candidate is not satisfied with the allotted seat, he or she can opt for seat upgradation.

Yes, it is possible to participate in both Rajasthan NEET PG counselling as well as the national-level NEET PG or NEET MDS counselling process conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). However, in case a candidate is allotted a seat in either of the counsellings and he/she accepts the seat by institute reporting and document verification, then that candidate will not be eligible to participate in further rounds of counselling or the other counselling type. Hence, candidates must carefully assess the admission options and then take the final decision.
