Yes, JIPMER Karaikal accepts NEET scores for admission to its MBBS course. Selection for MBBS is done on the basis of NEET-UG scores. The merit list is prepared for all the categories based on candidates’ scores in NEET UG. Candidates who clear the cut-off score set by the college will be called for the admission process.

The search results do not contain any information about the date of issuance of the "Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) Central Certificate" for NEET 2025 aspirants.
The search results are focused on admission requirements and details for the B.Tech. in Mechanical and Automation Engineering programme at SATI, and do not mention anything about OBC-NCL certificates for NEET 2025.

The Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Medical College has discontinued its BSc Nursing course. It is currently offering BSc Post Basic in Nursing. Admission to the course is not done based on the scores obtained in any entrance exam. To be eligible for the course, the candidate must have passed class 12th in a relevant stream from a reputed board with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

No, there is no need to apply for any medical College before appearing for NEET.
The admissions process for any medical College is purely based on the marks of NEET exam. But if you want to buy the seat then you can go with this process. But for payment also, you need to attain the minimum qualifying marks which is about 150+ marks.
There are some list of medical College which do not accept the NEET score for the admission process for which you can apply before the NEET exam like :
