Since the all-India counciling cutoff typically rises above 600 in any category due to the more competitive, you have a strong chance of being accepted into a government medical college under the state quota if you have 467 marks and are from the SC category.
You have a poor possibility of getting a first choice, but you should absolutely seek counseling, then check the last year's cutoff in accordance with your grades and category of college.

The admission process for medical colleges, including BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery), is typically based on the NEET scores and the respective state's counseling process. Each state has its own rules and regulations regarding seat allocation under different categories, including EWS (Economically Weaker Section).
To determine your chances of getting a seat in a medical college in Telangana state under the EWS category with a state merit rank of 21,000 and an All India Rank (AIR) of 7 lakhs, you would need to check the previous year's cutoff scores and ranks for reference.
