Candidates belonging to the General category should secure 50 percentile. Those belonging to the PwD General category has to secure 45 percentile. The NEET cutoff percentile for the reserved category candidates is 40. The exact qualifying marks or cutoff scores will be announced by NTA along with the scorecards. This year, General category candidates had to score minimum 137 marks to qualify for the exam. The highest score secured in NEET 2023 was 720 out of 720, obtained by two candidates.

There is no specific or defined ratio of Class 11 and Class in which questions are set from the NEET syllabus. It varies from year to year. Based on the previous year NEET question paper analysis, it has been observed that the ratio of the Class 12 syllabus is higher than that of Class 12 syllabus. Here we present the subject-wise ratio of Class 11 and Class 12 NEET syllabus based on last year's analysis. Physics
Class 11 - 42%
Class 12 - 58%
Chemistry:
Class 11 - 42%
Class 12 - 58%
Biology:
Class 11 - 53%
Class 12 - 47%. .

Yes, NCERT books are sufficient to complete the NEET syllabus. A number of past years' NEET toppers have claimed that they referred only to NCERT books for preparation. NCERT textbooks act as the base to complete the syllabus and develop conceptual clarity and understanding of the topics and chapters. However, for practice purposes, students may refer to other books and resources as well. It is advised that while starting the NEET preparation, candidates refer to the NCERT books and move towards other books and advanced resources after that.

The chapters which come in class 11 and 12 under mechanical Physics are: Kinematics: Deals with the Motion of particle in one and two dimension Laws of Motion Covers Newtons Three Laws of Motion Work, Energy & Power: Deals with kinetic and potential energies, work-energy theorem, and power.

NEET will be conducted in 13 languages. Till 2020, NEET was held in 11 languages. NTA increased the number of languages or medium to 13 from 2021 onwards. Malayalam and Punjabi are the latest additions. The list of languages are as follows:

No, you cannot apply for NEET MS 2023 counselling process unless you qualify for the examination. Qualifying the exam with the minimum cut off is mandatory for the counselling. However, if NBE decides to lower the cut-offs for this year and you qualify as per the new cut-off, only then you will be eligible to participate in NEET MS 2023 counselling. Candidates will have to register on the official website, mcc. Nic. In and declare choices for college and course for NEET PG 2023 counselling. Seats are allotted based on NEET MS rank, choice declared, availability of seat in particular college and course and reservation factors.

There is a possibility. The cut off is reduced if seats remain vacant for allotment. Last year also cut off was reduced for each category after students demanded so as many of seats were vacant. The cut off was reduced for each category. For general category, cut off was reduced from 263 to 174. Candidates have to score the minimum cut off to qualify for the exam. The cut off was released along with NEET MS 2023 result on March 10.

NEET MS 2023 exam was held in single shift on March 1. The exam was started at 9 am and concluded at 12 pm. According to time schedule, entry at the examination hall was started at 7 am. Entry was closed at 8: 30 and no one was allowed after the deadline. Candidates were allowed to login in the system at 8: 50 am.
