No you have to secure the qualifying marks in NEET exam. Case no 1 - If you get admission through state quota or AIQ in a government medical college
Fees from 60 k to 80 k per annum approximately 3.5 Lacs for MBBS
Case no 2 - If you get admission in private medical college
Fees from 6 Lacs - 8 Lacs per annum approximately 35 Lacs - 40 Lacs for MBBS
Case no -3 If you get admission in deemed university
Fees from 20 Lacs - 25 Lacs per annum approximately 1 crore- 1.25 crores for MBBS

It's more of what rank you got than how many marks you get, also it depends on state cut off rank.

Simply go through your cert first and make your concepts clear of nthe 11th and 12th then move to some coaching for better guidance or go for an online platforms for better understanding and better preparations.

According to my knowledge 350 marks you can't get an government medical College in any category
I will suggest you to go for semigovernment or private colleges

I am Sumit Vashist pursuing BAMS from CBPACS New Delhi India
To get admission in any medical college you have to appear in NEET exam conducted by NTA all over India
Eligibility for appearing in NEET exam is 60% for general category and 55% in SC/ST
So with 52% aggregate marks you can't appear in NEET exam and admission in AIIMS and all the Medical college in India are now through NEET exams only
I will suggest you to fill the forms for improvement in you 12th marks

310 marks in SC category are enough to get you admission in an government medical college. You must attend the counseling by AYUSH department and your respective state government counseling

Hello, To apply for NEET Exam by self you just have to go to NTA NEET Official website and select new application. Register yourself and fill the remaining form. For NEET 2022 please keep these thing in hand before applying-
Passport size photo with white background, Signature, All ten fingerprints, Postcard size photo (4*6), Marksheet and Caste Certificate. After successfully filling the form please verify your mobile number and email Id as this is very important. Then pay the application fees and download the confirmation page. When admit card is available, download it, Print it and stick one postcard size photo, Passport photo, Left

Hello, Last date to apply for NEET 2022 Exams is 20 May 22. Last date for fees payment is 20 May 22
Entrance date 17 July 22. Eligibility - Passed 10+2 Intermediate Exam with Physics Chemistry Biology PCB Group of Subjects in Any recognised Board in India. Age limit - Between 17 - 25 years old or Born on/before 31 Dec 2005. Thanks.
