Based on the information you have given, you have no chance of getting admission into a government college for the B.A.M.S. course because your All-India rank is more than eight Lakh. But if you belong to the GN PwD and OBC PwD categories, you can get admission into the Government Ayurved College and Hospital, Jalgaon, Maharashtra. The last year's cutoff for this B.A.M.S. college was 881907 for GN PwD and 881907 for OBC PwD.

Deemed University is basically an autonomous college. Autonomous colleges have their own fee structure and are permitted to give their own degree. They are not bound to follow the norms of the University Grant Commission (UGC). The private university is bound to follow the rules regulation and norms of the University Grant Commission. Fees of Deemed universities are less compared to private universities. According to me, deemed universities are better. Admission to deemed universities occurs through AI counseling. State counseling for state quota seats (85 percent) and private colleges including Management quota seats will be conducted

You did not provide proper information like AI rank, state rank, and gender. According to the information you have given, your rank is between 48,000 and 54,000. However, there is only one college to which you can get admission. The Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences is the only government college in Haryana that can give you admission to the MBBS course on the basis of your marks. If you want admission to government colleges for BDS and BVSC courses, then you can not get admission on your NEET score.
1- The minimum marks in NEET to get admission in a Bachelor of Dental Surgery BDS are 450+ for the General category.
2- The minimum marks in NEET to get admission in a Bachelor in Veterinary Science BVSC are 350+ for the General category. However, you have not mentioned the state you belong to that's why I provide general data because the cutoff varies from state to state. If you want admission to a private college for the BDS and BVSC course, then you can get direct admission. For direct admission, there is no need

Yes, you can try to apply for the course, in government colleges for the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. ) nursing program, but it is quite harder for you to get admission with the marks you secured for the NEET examination. 1- Dr. D. Y. Patil's Vidyapeeth, Pune
2- Data Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences
3- Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences

No, is not a risk but once you leave the allotted seat, the seat will be allotted to the next waiting student. Then you will be promoted to the last and final college round which allows the vacant seats of colleges in the state. So choose wisely.
