If you are confident, you can clear NEET this year. You can continue your preparation. Otherwise, do B.Ss nursing or ANM course. They are demanding profession nowadays.

AIIMS has it’s own entrance for MBBS admission, and doesn't take NEET scores. Nursing or paramedical Science has it’s own applications which are not same as MBBS.
