Instead of government, I believe that you must try in privately or jointly run medical colleges. Though the privately run colleges have quite high fees, starting from 4 LPA (tuition fees) in a common scenario. Still chances are very less. So I'd suggest you try to go with the idea that you must do better next year.

It's among top 5 colleges. 441 marks may not fetch seat in such colleges as your chances look very slim.

There are good many private colleges where you will get admission. Do ensure hat you do little bit of homework at your end too of which college suits you the best.

It is difficult to get admission in any Government College, if you belong to general category. Try to take admission in joint or Privately run colleges.

There are so many books containing them, ranging from Review Books to ones specially focusing on one exams. Publishers like Jaypee, etc. are trustable with their content and lucidity.

Hello Namita,
If you take my suggestion then I would advise you to take admission for a UG course and make your future bright because at this rank you will get admission in medical colleges, but not in a government medical college.

I am assuming you are asking for AIIMS. As per the eligibility criteria, you should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as mandatory subjects at 10+2 level.
Candidates belonging to general and OBC categories should have secured a minimum of 60% marks in the aggregate of the aforesaid subjects and those belonging to SC, ST and OPH categories should have obtained at least 50%.
