Try to score around 450 minimum. By the way, it's not fixed. It varies in accordance to the toughness of the paper. If paper is tough, it may go down.

There is nothing called passing marks in NEET Exam. In NEET, it is qualifying marks rather which is 50th percentile means approximately 118 marks.
For government exam, you need to score atleast 530 marks. As 510 is the safe score but it depends on no. of rounds of counselling conducted by MCI
