For NEET preparation, you should first complete the syllabus from 11th and 12th NCERT books. Most of the questions in NEET Exam are asked from NCERT books. Solve previous year question papers. This is the best way to prepare for the exam. Download previous years NEET Exam Question Papers here:

Also, take online mock tests regularly. This will help you analyze your level of preparation and also increase your speed and accuracy. Make notes of all the important stuff, which will help you in you in your last minute preparation. First complete the syllabus from 11th and 12th NCERT books as majority of the question

NEET Exam is conducted by CBSE and it's the last time that CBSE is conducting the NEET Exam. From next year I. e from 2019, NEET Exam is expected to be conducted by NTA (National testing Agency), twice a year.

There is nothing called passing marks in NEET Exam. In NEET, it is qualifying marks rather which is 50th percentile means approximately 118 marks.
For government exam, you need to score atleast 530 marks. As 510 is the safe score but it depends on no. of rounds of counselling conducted by MCI. Cut-off may be vary or might be go down but try to score 530 marks.

If you want to pursue any UG Medical courses, then you have to first appear in NEET Exam.

NEET Exam is conducted by CBSE and it's the final time that CBSE is conducting the NEET Exam.
From next year i.e. from 2019 it is expected to be conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency), twice a year.
NEET 2018 Exam will be on 06th May 2018. So, prepare yourself well for the exam.
