NEET 2018 eligibility requirements:
Aspirants must have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or will complete the required age on or before December 31sof the year of his/her admission to the 1st year MBBS/BDS Course.
The upper age limit for the exam is 25 years on the exam date. A relaxation of 5 years for aspirants belonging to OBC/SC/ST category will be given.
Age criteria to appear for NEET (UG):
-Unreserved category students: On or between May 7, 1993, to Jan 1, 2002.
- SC/ST/OBC category students: May 7, 1988, and Jan 1, 2002

Minimum aggregate marks required in PCB subjects is 50%. Minimum marks scored in Biology subject should be 50%. Note: Minimum marks criteria may vary and is usually around 50% marks. Minimum percentage required to appear for the NEET Exam: Marks Required: In the qualifying exam (PCB group), students should have obtained at least 50% marks for general, 45% marks for general-PH and 40% marks for SC/ST & OBC. The Veterinary Council of India (VCI) has released official notification regarding AIPVT 2017. It has been mentioned that the All India Pre Veterinary Test AIPVT 2017 will not be conducted by VCI. The candidates who want to take admissions in BVSc (Bachelor of Veterinary Science) or AH (Animal Husbandry) courses under 15% seats on the all-India basis, they have to appear in NEET UG-2017 instead of AIPVT-2017. Hi Chinmay, NEET is not mandatory to study MBBS abroad till now. If you want to later practice there you have to clear the country specific medical council exams which are as competitive as MCI in India.
