Yes, for admission into Urology superspecialty programs in India, you have to take the NEET SS (Super Specialty) exam which is the national entrance exam conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE).
You will also have to complete a MS in General Surgery, and this also requires qualifying NEET PG therefore you must qualify NEET at both levels in Urology; that is the PG level as well as the Super-specialty level.

Yes, if you belong to the General AI category and are planning to gain admission to SRM Medical College via NEET SS, the cutoff rank is comparatively low for admission to the MCh in Urology course compared to 2023. The NEET SS first round closing rank for the same course was 1449 in 2023, which has dropped to 1340 in 2024, indicating its high demand among aspirants in 2024 for admission to SRM Medical College. On the other hand, for admission to DM in Cardiology, the NEET SS cutoff rank increased to 4018 in 2024 from 2898 in 2023. This indicates low demand for DM in Cardiology course among the students seeking admission to SRM Medical
