You cannot get a government MBBS seat with 324 marks in Uttar Pradesh. If you don't have budget issues, then you can look for admission in private medical college.

With 211 marks in NEET under the ST category, you meet the basic ST qualifying cutoff (which ranges around 212–177 marks), but your chances of securing a government MBBS seat are practically nil. This score will not clear the admission cutoffs for government medical colleges or state quotas, though rare private or alternative medical/ aliado-health courses might pop up during late stray vacancy rounds.
