The application portal for the MBBS course usually begins in the initial months of the year. However, the applicant must keep track of the counselling dates of the entrance exam. The counselling registration usually begins in the month of July. Further, the classes for the new academic year usually started on August first. Thus, applicants who track the counselling dates can apply for the course in a timely manner.

Yes, for admission to the MBBS course at NTRUHS, applicants are required to appear and secure a valid score in NEET. Further, the candidates who got shortlisted according to their entrance examination scores are required to appear for the counselling process (NEET/ Andhra Pradesh NEET/ Telangana NEET). Lastly, the university selects the students on the basis of a complete admission process. 

Note: NTRUHS gives preference to the state-based counselling students.

NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS) accepts NEET UG scores for admission to MBBS courses. NEET UG is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to undergraduate medical courses in India. Candidates who have qualified for NEET UG are eligible to apply for admission to MBBS courses at NTRUHS. Moreover, the university accepts the counselling process of NEET/ Andhra Pradesh NEET and Telangana NEET.

The primary eligibility requirement for admission to the MBBS course at NTRUHS is that applicants must complete their Class 12 from  Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology)/Biotechnology and English with a minimum of 50% in the Science subjects. Additionally, the relaxation on minimum aggregate for different categories is as follows:

  • OC - 50% marks in Science subjects
  • BC/ SC/ ST - 40% marks in Science subjects
  • OC PH - 45% marks in Science subjects

Further, the applicant must be at the age of 17 years by December of the year of admission. To get selected, candidates must appear in NEET, followed by NEET/ Andhra Pradesh NEET/ Tela

Yes, NTR University of Health Sciences does offer an MBBS course with the duration of four and a half years with one year of compulsory rotation internship. The university offers the MBBS course through the campus and its affiliated colleges. To be eligible for admission into the MBBS course at NTRUHS, candidates must meet specific eligibility requirements, such as completing Class 12 with a Medical stream, passing the entrance exam, appearing in the counselling process, etc.

Yes, applicants can get admission to the NTRUHS BSc course without NEET. As per the information available on the official website, admission to the BSc course is based on merit/ Andhra Pradesh EAMCET/ APNCET scores.  Moreover, there is a possibility that some of the affiliated colleges of NTRUHS accept NEET scores. However, it is not compulsory.

Yes, to take admission in Sai Tirupati University for the MBBS course the NEET UG exam is compulsory. Candidates must appear for this exam and achieve a valid aggregate in the same to take admission in the MBBS course at Sai Tirupati University. Additionally, they must ensure fulfilling the eligibility criteria.
