Getting admission into People's University's MS in General Surgery programme requires a NEET PG test score. NEET PG marks serve as the fundamental admission standards which the university employs. The university conducts additional assessments using a combination of academic abilities and work record along with interview results to make admission decisions. The university makes its admission selections using NEET PG test scores while keeping a necessary score range between 400-500 from a possible 1200 for student qualification. Every year approximately 20 to 25 seats remain open for enrollment at the MS in General Surgery programme at

No, you cannot become an Anesthesiologist without qualifying for NEET. Anesthesiologists are specialised medical doctors who require an MBBS degree, followed by a postgraduate degree or Diploma in Anesthesiology, such as an MD in Anesthesia or a Diploma in Anesthesia (DA). Admission to MBBS programs in India is strictly based on NEET scores.

However, if you are interested in working in the field of anesthesia without NEET, you can pursue roles like Anesthesia Technician or Anesthesia Technologist through courses such as Diploma in Anesthesia or BSc in Anesthesia Technology, which does not require NEET. These roles are supportive a

Yes, you can pursue an Anesthesia course after the 12th without appearing for NEET. Programs like the Diploma in Anesthesia, BSc in Anesthesia Technology, and Certificate in Anesthesia Technology do not require NEET scores for admission. Instead, these courses often admit students based on their 12th-grade marks (preferably in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) or through institution-specific entrance exams.

These programs focus on equipping students with practical knowledge and technical skills to work as Anesthesia Technicians, Operation Theatre Assistants, or ICU Technicians. They offer a great opportunity to build a career in the heal

Based on the NEET UG 2024 cutoff data for the Institute of Medical Sciences and SUM Hospital (IMS & SUM Hospital) in Bhubaneswar, the closing rank for the General category was 323,611. With a score of 400 marks, your rank would be approximately 1,00,000, which is significantly higher than the closing rank of 323,611. Therefore, securing admission to the MBBS program at IMS & SUM Hospital with a 400-mark score in the General category appears unlikely. Please note that cutoff trends can vary each year based on factors such as the number of applicants, exam difficulty, and seat availability. Government MBBS colleges in Bangalore, such as Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, differ from private colleges primarily through extremely low fees of INR 90,000, higher patient loads offering superior clinical exposure, and strictly merit-based admission. Conversely, private colleges like St. John's Medical College offer better infrastructure, but higher fees of INR 30 lakh and, in some cases, management quotas.

Candidates can check the table below for the top government MBBS colleges in Bangalore with tuition fees and MBBS seat intake -
