157 marks is considered a very low score fro NEET, making it difficult to ssecure admission to any college.Even in reserved categories the cut-off is higher then 157. while some private colleges might have lower cut-offs, getting admission with such a low score is highly rare. However, if you belong to reserved category you can get admission only if you are willing to consider lower-ramked private institutions.

Admission possibilities for BDS through scoring 124 marks in NEET 2024
It will be very hard to get admission into a BDS course with only 124 marks in NEET 2024. Generally, all government dental colleges require marks above 300 according to past year cutoff trends.
But you might still have the opportunity for some private dental colleges.
