Yes you may have less chances to get a government MBBS seat through All india quota.

Score of 500-600 in NEET 2024 can get you admission to some of the top medical colleges in India. Lady Hardinge Medical College (New Delhi), Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College (Ajmer) and NDMC Medical College, Delhi are some of the government medical colleges accepting 500-600 marks in NEET

If you are from EWS category and your mark is 630, you will not get any college through all India counselling in 2024
So, therefore, it depends upon the state that you belongs to.

State such as Bihar, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu have fee below 30,000

Rajasthan and Maharashtra have Fee above one Lacs per year

Usually marks around 500-600 could get the best college, since the admission usually depends on the difficulty of paper, no.of seats and competition.

So particularly in the government colleges it is difficult to get seat .

No, you're not eligible with this score to sit for the NEET exam.

To appear in NEET exam, you must at least get 50% marks in physics, chemistry, and biology individually.

As you have scored less than 50% in physics you will not be eligible.
