Admission to an MBBS programme in a government medical college in India is extremely unlikely given the general category and an All India Rank (AIR) of 87218. Because there are fewer seats available and entrance exams are competitive government colleges usually have much higher cut-off ranks. Even though these often have greater tuition costs you might still be able to find opportunities at private medical colleges or universities. Its a good idea to look into all of your options and think about attending counseling sessions to learn about other possible options for your medical education so that's all about this question.

You will have some possibilities to get admission in some private or deemed medical colleges of India as you only secured a score of 321 and your rank was near about 560,588 (SC category) in NEET. The cutoff is typically higher in Govt medical colleges but lower at private institutions and deemed universities. For 332 marks in NEET UG, you cannot get seat in any of the colleges in Telangana for BAMS ( Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery ) course. Actually, there are only two colleges in Telangana that offers BAMS. They are Anantha Laxmi Government Ayurvedic College, Warangal and Dr. BRKR Government Ayurvedic College, Hyderabad. For both these colleges, cut off is around 70,000 rank. But for your marks, predicted rank is around 4 lakhs.

Yes, it is possible to find work as an MBBS graduate without undertaking a postgraduate (PG) pathway.
MBBS graduates can work as general practitioners. Medical officers in hospitals and clinics, or within government health services are also options.
There are also opportunities available in public health, research, and healthcare administration/public service. Most commonly the work opportunities are available through a pharmaceutical agency, medical writing, and health insurance companies.

For admission to BDs candidates are required to apply and appear for NEET exam, followed by counselling round. The NEET 2026 counselling dates are yet to be released by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). However, as per the previous years trends, the National Testing Agency (NTA) is likely to conduct the NEET UG exam on May 3, 2026.

You have less chances to get admission into B.Sc (bachelor of science) Nursing course at Ahilya Bai College of Nursing. Candidates must qualify for the NEET exam to get B.Sc nursing course admission in nursing colleges in india. The minimum qualifying marks needed is 55 marks for OBC category in this college. But to get admission, you should need marks in the range of 108 - 137 marks in NEET. So, that is why you have less chances to get admission.
