Christian Medical College Vellore is the top MBBS college in Tamil Nadu according to NIRF under the 'Medical' category. It is approved by MCI, accredited by NABH, and has an attached 2,500 bedded hospital. Some of the courses are accredited by AERB India and the Microbiology laboratory is an NABL-accredited laboratory.
