The average compensation package for MBBS graduates is not disclosed by K.S. Hegde Medical Academy, however the college's website does claim "assured placement assistance" without providing pay information.
Pay information for PG: In 2022, KSHEMA  provided PG (3-year) students a median package of INR 8.64 LPA. As they haven't finished their specialization, this suggests that MBBS graduates may receive a lesser average package.

Unfortunately, BCP does not consider NEET percentile for the admissions to its B.Pharma course. Bombay College of Pharmacy considers the marks of the candidate's 12th grade. So, if you have 50% in your stream, which much consist physics and chemistry as compulsary subjects and mathematics, biology or even biotechnology as the third subject, you are eligible to apply.

As for the competitive exams, BCP considers MH-CET  marks, which is an average of 99.07%.
