With this rank of 129000, you can get admission at IPU in dental sciences. I am sorry to inform you that 558 marks are not sufficient to get MBBS at IPU Delhi. You have to aim for 600 marks+ to get MBBS at IPU next year. You may get admission in BDS and B.Sc. nursing with these marks easily.

It is difficult to get a place in a Government Medical College (GMC) in Maharashtra under the All India Quota (AIQ) with an All India Rank (AIR) of 117,000 in NEET because the cutoffs for general category applicants have been much lower in prior years, For example the general category candidates AIQ cutoff in 2022 was 15,453 with a NEET score of 613.
However, there might be opportunities under the Maharashtra State Quota, particularly if you fall under a reserved category. The state quota threshold for the SC category in 2024 was 131913 on the AIR and 554 on the NEET.

NEET is not required to be taken by the majority of India's B.Sc. Nursing colleges. While NEET results might be requested by some institutes, especially those run by AIIMS or particular private universities, many colleges give direct admissions on Class 12 marks or even conduct their own entrance exams. Applicants usually have to pass their 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and score a minimum percentage (preferably 50% for general applicants). It is important to look up the precise requirements of the colleges that interest you for exact admission standards.

The structure as well as the syllabus in a medical college in Georgia is very similar to the Indian pattern. In fact, some professors prefer Indian author books for reference purpose as well. However, the methodology may differ as per the university of choice. The assessment method, specializations offered, and the emphasis on different medical disciplines may vary between the two countries based on their respective educational frameworks and healthcare system needs.

In order to study MBBS in Georgia, you must take up the NEET exam as the universities may ask you to submit your official scores. The minimum qualifying NEET score for MBBS abroad is 164 or higher for General candidates. Whereas, for SC, ST & OBC candidates, the minimum score requirement is 129 or above. Hence, the same is applicable for a Georgia university for MBBS. However, a score of 300 and above gives you an upper hand among the other candidates.
