NIRF 2025 Rankings are out. As per the latest NIRF 2025 rankings, KIMS Karad ranks #67 under the category 'Pharmacy'.
- The NEET UG 2026 re-exam will be conducted on Jun 21, 2026 for admission to the MBBS, BDS, and other courses.
- The NEET PG 2026 exam date has been set as Aug 30, 2026 (tentatively) for admission to the MD, MS, and PG Diploma courses.
- The MHT CET 2026 session 1 and 2 exams are over for admission to the BE/BTech and Integrated BTech courses. The results will be announced soon.
- The NEET MDS 2026 result has been declared for admission to the MDS course. Students can go to the official website to check the same.

KIMS Karad MBBS admission is entrance based. Candidates who wish to apply for MBBS programmes offered by the university must have passed Class 12 in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually with 50% aggregate taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology from a recognised board.
The undergraduate MBBS programme at Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) admits 150 students annually. It is not unlawful to enter KIMS directly for MBBS. Students who want to pursue medical education but have poor NEET scores can apply for management quota seats.Yes, you can join (KIMS) directly through the NEET exam. Admission to the undergraduate MBBS program at KIMS is based on NEET scores, and there are no restrictions on joining directly if you meet the eligibility criteria.
