Getting a government medical college for a General- PWD candidate, a minimum of 45 percentile is required for qualifying the NEET exam . So the qualifying cut - off marks ranges from 137-122. Moreover for SC/ST/OBC -PWD candidates the minimum qualifying percentile is 40 and minimum marks 121-108 for qualifying NEET exam. However, the chance of getting a government medical college for PWD candidate varies from one state to another differing on the cut off.  So in general, you will need atleast 500-525 for a seat in MBBS under General Category-PWD. This is for Government Medical colleges. But for admission in Private Medical Colleges, even 400-450 might be good enough .But in accordance to your marks it is quite difficult to get a government medical college depending on your category. So it would be good enough if you could provide your category.
