Gujarat University offers medical courses such as MBBS and BHMS based on NEET scores. Based on Gujarat University cutoff 2024, the MBBS rank stood at 704 for the General AI category candidates. Similarly, for the OBC AI category candidates, the MBBS last-round closed at 2126. Candidates can check out category-wise cutoff from the table below:

Hello Varshini, answer to your question is No. PSG Institute of Medical Science and Research does not offer any aided seat for MBBS course. The total tuition fees of MBBS programme offered by PSG Institute of Medical Science and Research is Rs. 20 Lakhs

According to the latest cut off information available for admission into MBBS course at St. John's Medical college , the last closing rank was rank 83588 which got admission. So, if your rank is less than 83588 then you can definitely get admission into MBBS program at the St. Jonh's Medical College.

Yes, PA Sangma International Medical College and Hospital (PIMC) is recognised by its MBBS programme in Meghalaya. It is known to be the first private medical college in Meghalaya. PIMC&H is located at the University of Science and Technology, Meghalaya.

The steps toward getting an entry in the MBBS programme at the Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research (IPGMER) are as mentioned below:
Eligibility :-
- A person must pass 10+2 from a recognised institution, with the first three subjects being Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- The candidate has to appear for NEET-UG exam (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduate courses).
Qualify NEET-UG:
You should qualify for the NEET-UG with a competitive rank. Admission for MBBS is done on the basis of NEET-UG scores in IPGMER.

As soon as the results of NEET-UG are out, one has to participate in the counsel

Absolutely not. You do not qualify for any institute of post graduate medical education and research IPGMER for undergraduate courses in medicine or MBBS courses without qualifying in the NEET-UG exam.
NEET-UG basically is the tick mark of all the medical private and government affiliated colleges in India, the same thing happens in IPGMER. Now, if you want to seek admission to MBBS courses on any medical college, clearing the NEET is not optional but a must and must participate in the counseling process.

Educational Qualification:
Passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination with compulsory subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English.
Minimum percentage requirement: 50% for General, 40% for SC/ST/OBC, and 45% for PwD in PCB overall.
Age Limit:
Should have completed a minimum of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
Upper age limit: 25 years (30 years for reserved categories).
Entrance Test:
Must qualify NEET-UG with a valid score.
