The National Testing Agency (NTA) normally releases the NEET test answer key for 2024 on their official website following the exam's end. You may get it by going to the NTA NEET website (ntaneet.nic.in) and selecting the 'Answer Key' option. I don't think you can get admission to any Government college with four thirty marks, I am saying this by assuming you as a general category student if you are from SC/ST Category you can give it a try by filling counselling form. You can go with Government College Karur, Goverment College Kannauj, Himachal Pradesh Medical College, Shimla and many more. But if you are from general category you can go with private college or deemed college with managemnt quota. If you want to know more you can visit official site of shiksha.

Nope you don't need NEET to get into B Pharma.
Usually students get in through other exams like MHT CET, CUET, EAMCET, KCET, JEE Main, GUJCET or KEAM.
Some colleges also just look at your marks and give admission based on that.
