Yes, it's right that candidates who have equal to or more than 40% visual disability are not eligible in NEET UG exam. It is not just confined to visual disability only but also to other disabilities and that too approved disabilities. All Medical Colleges across the world follow certain MCI guidelines when it comes to admissions. And every student who needs to avail the PWD quota has to get himself/herself assessed at the Disability Assessment Centres. The admission process and cutoffs for NEET MS can vary depending on various factors such as the number of seats available, the number of applicants, the category you belong to, and the college you prefer. If there is a spelling mistake in your surname in your Aadhaar card, you should get it corrected as soon as possible to avoid any issues during the NEET application process or at the time of admission. However, if the correction process is going to take 15-20 days, you can still apply for NEET using your Aadhaar card as it is. During the NEET application process, you will be required to enter your personal details including your name, date of birth, gender, and Aadhaar number. While filling in your personal details, make sure that you enter your name exactly as it appears on your Aadhaar card, even if there is a spelling mistake.

NEET is an entrance examination for admission to undergraduate medical and dental courses in India. The exam is conducted only in India and some select cities outside India. If there are no test centers for NEET in South Africa, it may not be possible to take the exam in South Africa. It's best to check with the official NEET website or the Indian embassy in South Africa for more information about test center availability and how to register for the exam if interested.
