It is not possible without appearing for GMAT exam. AGSM on the other hand requires at least 6 years of work experience. You can apply for Melbourne, but after taking GMAT.

You are already an experienced man in terms of job. So, you understand the need of the market. Both the choices are good so you can decide on the basis of following:
1. Acceptance rate of specialization u plan to do
2. Cultural fit and understanding
3. If you are looking for PR, Australia is the best bet.
4. Finances involved and the ROI is what u need to work on too.
