Yes, you can join Mercer University's MBA programme even if you do not have prior work experience. Mercer University does not define any explicit requirement to have work experience to apply for the Full-Time MBA program. This programme helps students to become industry-ready for important jobs in various industries. You can choose from different specializations to focus on what you want to do in your career. However, on an average, majority of the students enrolled in the programme have worked before. Mercer University also has an online MBA program. You don't need any experience in business to apply for this program.

Mercer's test optional policy allows first-year students with a GPA above 3.35 and transfer students with a college GPA above 2.5 to apply without submitting SAT or ACT scores.
