Yes, Merrimack College allows all international student, to work on campus without applying to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services for work authorization. Students can work a maximum of 20 hours per week while school is in session and up to 40 hours per week during vacation periods. If they do not have a Social Security Number, then they will need to apply for one in order to work while studying at Merrimack College.

Yes, Merrimack College offers a wide variety grants to all their international students based upon many factors, including financial need, academic excellence, athletic, musical, and theatrical talent, affiliation with various groups, or career aspirations. These grants are gift aid and do not need to be repaid. At Merrimack, students do not have to apply separately for financial aid.
