The International Tuition Grant of Michigan State University is awarded to academically competitive incoming first-year international students. International students may be awarded USD 25,000, USD 21,000, or USD 18,000 per year for eight semesters. It is a very competitive award typically given to the top 5% of MUS’ application pool each year. This scholarship has a very holistic approach and will consider academic performance, student involvement, the application essay, English proficiency, and geographic diversity. Applicants applying to MSU by Dec 1 are given priority consideration.
