Hey,

Mining Engineers can earn decent salary depending on the job level, job position, experience as well as location of the company. Candidates with higher experience may earn more in comparison to their counterparts. Moreover, Public Sector companies offer wide range of allowances and benefits to the employees. The minimum salary of a mining engineer is stated as follows:

Entry Level- INR 4- 6 LPA
Mid- Career: INR 7- 10 LPA
Senior-level: INR 12- 14 LPA

Pursue Physics, Chemistry and Biology in Class 12 and secure minimum 50 - 75 percent marks in board examination.
Appear in various engineering entrance examinations in order to secure a rank.
