MIT-WPU has been ranked by NIRF basis various parameters such as placements, faculty, etc. As per the data submitted by MIT-WPU, NIRF ranked the university at 70th position under the 'Pharmacy' category and 167 under the 'Science' category. MIT World Peace University Pune has also ranked in the band of 101-150 under the 'Engineering' Category.

According to the NIRF Ranking 2025, the university has been secured decent ranks in several categories. The university ranked 70 rank in the Pharmacy category by the NIRF Rankings 2025. Some more NIRF rankings for 2025 are given in the table below:
